I Am a Child of God

The session recording, started at this talk.

Before he speaks · twenty seconds

“For God so loved the world, that he gave his only begotten Son, that whosoever believeth in him should not perish, but have everlasting life.”

Baby photographs on a table, and the question he asked his children: what had you done to earn this?
Then a warning. The adversary twists this very truth. Catch how.
Three reasons it matters that you know you are loved. The second is about labels.

One thing I will do

“You did not earn it. You cannot lose it.” Do I live as though God’s love for me rises and falls with how my week has gone?

Which label — one the world put on me, or one I have put on someone else — needs taking off?
